Deputies Find Graniteville Woman with Knife in Her Upper Torso; Here’s the Husband Charged with Stabbing Her!

Aiken County authorities have charged a Graniteville man with stabbing his wife on Tuesday.

Daniel Jacob Mosier, 25, was charged with attempted murder and weapon possession.

Around 10:30 am, a witness called 911 for help for a victim who had been stabbed with a knife at 780 Leitner Street, according to a sheriff’s press release.

When the responding deputies arrived near the home, they found Mosier walking on the street where they then detained him. The victim, Mosier’s spouse, was located by deputies with a knife in her upper torso.

Aiken County EMS responded and transported her to an area hospital for emergency treatment. Upon Mosier’s arrest, he was taken to the Aiken County Detention Center and booked without incident.
