During the week of Jan. 29 – Feb. 4, a total of 168 crimes were tracked by The Augusta Press from the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office.
Violent crimes included 36 cases of simple assault and three cases of aggravated assault, in addition to six cases of criminal trespassing and 29 cases of larceny were reported.
