James Terrell Livingston (18 years of age) is wanted by the Florence Police Department for Assault and Battery of a High and Aggravated Nature stemming from an incident that occurred at Northwest Park on May 5, 2017; within the City of Florence.
Livingston allegedly assaulted an individual resulting in the victim being hospitalized.
