During the week of Jan. 19– 26, a total of 55 crimes were tracked by The Augusta Press from the Columbia County Sheriff’s Office.
Violent crimes included two cases of simple battery, as well as four cases of identity fraud, two cases of criminal trespass and 13 cases of larceny were reported.
