A Hephzibah woman is the latest mother to leave children unattended in a parking lot. Authorities say 27-year-old Twila Renee Foster went inside the Walmart on Deans Bridge Road on Saturday to “get her hair done.” A deputy was called to the parking lot about 5:45 p.m. because three boys, ages 2, 6 and 9, were left alone inside a car. The deputy observed the key in the ignition and the windows down. The tipster said she saw the kids alone at 5:33 p.m., and the deputy waited until the mother returned at 6:05 p.m., a report states. DFACS was called and the boys were turned over to their father. Foster was arrested and charged with three counts of deprivation of a minor.
