An Evans High School student was arrested Wednesday for choking a classmate until he passed out, a report states. Brent Wall, 17, told authorities that he and other students play a “choking game” to see who can choke the other out. The victim, a 15-year-old boy, was transported to the emergency room at Doctors Hospital, where he was admitted for observation. The incident was captured on school video. The victim’s mother declined to prosecute and signed a waiver, but a deputy decided to arrest Wall for disorderly conduct instead of them more serious battery charge that could have been filed.
